Lake Waccamaw

Happy Father’s Day Jonathan. I love you.

Working on a piece for the hospital to celebrate its newest distinction, “Center for Robotic Surgery”.

This pandemic has taught me to appreciate moments, especially those when everything seems to fall in place. This was one of those moments. We had just returned from a day of sailing at Lake Waccamaw. The kids were playing on the deck and we were hanging out on the porch at the sailing club. There was a calm that comes after a full day on the water and the lake seemed to follow suit. I took a photo, several photos actually, and then a few weeks later picked one out as a reference.

We made it. It was a crazy season playing in the midst of Covid with constantly changing rules, face masks, and lots of driving! Celebrated our 4 seniors at Lake Waccamaw Sailing Club. A great group of guys that we will miss terribly.

It only took a few days for him to get it. Wanted to remember the moment. Father’s Day gift for Jonathan.

2020 did not go the way we had planned. We ended up only playing 2 scrimmage matches before Covid shut us down, Clinton and Carolina Forest, but no reason not to celebrate our one and only senior. We had the pleasure of working with Bridger for 4 years. Wish you the best.

Taking advantage of some time off.
